Incredible views from the terrace during breakfast, but the room lacked soundproofing.

The stay was enjoyable with a spacious room that featured a luxurious bathroom. The rooftop views were fantastic for watching hot air balloons at dawn. the cleanliness could have been better, as the rubbish bins were not emptied during our stay, and the room felt cramped with furniture.

I was utterly disappoined. The heater had no controller, leaving me to crack a window. The walls were as thin as paper—you hear everything! On top of that, I expected a complimentary gesture for puting up with these annoyances, which I obviously did not receive. Shame, really! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The stay was quite amazing, especially given the cozy cave-like rooms and the beautiful terrace where we often watched hot air balloons in the morning. The breakfast spread was delicious, but I wish there had been more local options to enjoy. Being just a short walk from the Goreme Open Air Museum made it easy to explore, and I appreciated the charming garden that added to the tranquil atmosphere. it was a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
